Our kit comes with an upgraded H3 buffer weighing in at 5.6 Ounces.  Optionally you can select our extended 11 ounce buffer.  We decided to modify our packages to contain a Wolff Standard Carbine spring, as with testing, this produced the best results!

Considering a H3 buffer alone generally runs between 40 to 60 dollars, you can see why this package is such a great deal!
