Great buffer. It really slows down the heavy 45 bolt (almost a pound in weight). I have been running mine with a JP polished/extra power carbine spring. This combination works very well while shooting suppressed and with a linear comp.
Got this to pair to the Stern 40 upper, if converting from standard AR platform I would highly recommend this as well as their spring. It will save you potential headaches down the road.
The buffer appears to be the same high quality product as the mag adapter I bought from stern.
I picked up this 11oz buffer, Wolff buffer spring, and the 16" .45 ACP upper. Everything worked great! Now I have a fun .45 ACP AR to use with my 1911.
